Dr SAJAL SUR completed his MBBS from NRS MEDICAL COLLEGE, Kolkata in 1997 and MS in ENT from VSS MEDICAL COLLEGE, sambalpur in 2004. He then went to HYDERABAD for advanced training in MICROSURGERIES in ENT under renowned ENT surgeon Dr GVS Rao.

He worked with him in his "Dr Rao's Superspeciality ENT Hospital " from 2004-2007. There he took part as assistant to Dr Rao in conducting altogether eighteen workshops on ENDOSCOPIC SINUS CADAVER and LIVE SURGERY as well as CADAVER TEMPORAL BONE DISSECTION and MICROSCOPIC EAR SURGERY.

During the same period, he also worked as Consultant in Medwin Hospital, Nampally and Image Hospital, Hitech City, Hyderabad. He returned to Kolkata in 2007 and started his practice.
