CEO's Speak
We are happy to announce that AMRI Hospitals, one of the most trusted names in
healthcare, is back on its growth track. We are in the process of introducing sweeping
changes to infuse the Group with new vigour. AMRI today ensures enhanced goals,
improved trust, clarity of vision, precise delivery, and strategic decisions. In keeping
with the Group's ethos of providing best quality services at competitive rates, AMRI
Hospitals today is managed by professionals of the highest order.
We have started business process re-engineering with a focus on the Group working
in a more comprehensive manner, rather than like individual units. It is imperative
that each unit follows the Group's SOPs, which are being chalked out, keeping in
mind patient safety and quality service. The Group's HR Department is focusing more
on talent acquisition and management.
We are in the phase of consolidation and stabilization of our existing projects. Besides
the three hospitals and one day care clinic in Kolkata, we have launched the 400-bed
tertiary care unit, AMRI Hospital-Bhubaneswar, located on the Khandagiri By-pass.
The unit has not just been able to fill the void of highly-advanced multi-super
specialty healthcare facility in Odisha, it has emerged s the 'Best in its Class' within a
sit span of time.
AMRI Hospital-Dhakuria continues to serve as it has for more than two decades and
out unit at Mukundapur, which initially began as a Women and Children hospital, has
become Eastern India's first 'Boutique Hospital', offering technology-driven tertiary
care services. Even AMRI Hospital-Salt Lake and AMC, the day care clinic on Southern
Avenue, has been providing state-of-the-art services in a variety of disciplines, from
eye and dental care to IVF.
We have embarked on an ambitious plan of investing Rs. 1,000 crore over the next
five years, setting up an annexe unit at Mukundapur, which will continue to provide
advanced healthcare services, which have become the hallmark of the unit. We are
striding ahead to break new grounds and position AMRI Group as one of the fastest
growing healthcare players of eastern India.
I wish you all health and happiness.
