Dr. Sayan Chakraborty is one of the foremost Infectious Diseases physicians in Kolkata. Known for his vast knowledge, experiences & a pleasant personality, he is an alumnus of prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. He is also author of many national & international publications and speaker at various symposiums with special interests in Adult immunization and Travel Medicine, systemic fungal infections, TB, HIV, Hepatitis B &Hepatitis C, Transplant infectious diseases and hospital infection prevention & control. He is also in-charge of Antimicrobial stewardship programme at AMRI hospitals. He is a member of Infectious Disease Society of America (IDSA), Clinical Infectious Diseases Society (CIDS), India and Society of Tropical Medicine and Infectious Disease in India (STMIDI).
