On World Mental Health Day, an enlightening session was organised in collaboration with the spiritual organisation, Brahma Kumaris, at AMRI Hospital, Salt Lake. The purpose was to emphasise the significance of mental well-being and provide a forum for people to discuss, learn, and appreciate the profound influence mental health has on our lives.
