Dr Bastab Ghosh is one of the leading Urologist and Senior Uro Cancer Surgeon as well as a thorough academician in eastern India. He is one of the finest laparoscopic surgeons in this region. He is among the few who performs Advanced Laparoscopic / minimally invasive and reconstructive Uro Cancer Surgery e.g laparoscopic prostate cancer and laparoscopic kidney cancer operations. He also performs major reconstructive urology and endo urology like LASER Prostate/ Stone operations and Urethroplasty. After completing his training in JIPMER, he visited USA for his fellowship in Prostate cancer surgery (Robotics). Dr Ghosh has done his observer Fellowship in Uro-oncology from Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute, New Delhi. He has worked as an Assistant Professor in IPGMER & SSKM hospital for more than 5 years. He has also worked in Woodlands hospital and Ram Krishna Mission Seva Pratisthan.
