The current pandemic is a ground-breaking global event that has affected millions of lives across the world. With usual day-to-day activities coming to a near-halt, it has not only made an impact on our physical movements but also the mental well-being of a large number of individuals. At this time of crisis, we would like to remind you that it is crucial and most important to take care of yourself. We would like to suggest some effective ways that can help you to stay healthy. 

The present scenario has pushed us to stay indoors, which has not only lessened our physical activity but also our direct social interactions, calling for an increased need to engage ourselves in more physical activities while staying indoors. 3) Express yourself: Spend time with your family and friends, or talk to people with whom you are comfortable in sharing your feelings and thoughts; do not bottle up your misery, anxiety or troubling thoughts within you. If you are not comfortable in engaging through direct communication, engage in some form of an activity like writing, you can maintain a journal or create a piece of art. This can provide you a way to channel your feelings and know them
4) Be a listener, connect with others: To be able to help someone by listening to them might bring you comfort, too. Have a conversation where you can mutually share and listen to one another.
