Free Health Checkup Camp for the students of Birla High School, Mukundapur Organized by AMRI Hospitals, Mukundapur
AMRI Hospitals, Mukundapur had organized a 3-days free health check-up camp for the kids of Birla High School, Mukundapur. About 300 kids take part in this check-up camp. The Pediatricians from AMRI Mukundapur were present for the check-up, they give advice regarding kids diets, how to keep themselves healthy & free from diseases.

AMRI Hospitals launch Media Privilege Cards
In 2017, AMRI Hospitals – Bhubaneswar took an initiative to issue privilege cards to all registered journalists in the state. The journalists could utilise the cards by availing annual free health check-ups as well as several discounts on other services. The facilities were also extended towards the immediate kin of the journalists as well.
AMRI Mukundapur's contribution to 'THE INCREDIBLE HEROES KIDS CARNIVAL'
We at AMRI believe that kids deserve all the care in the world so that they can grow up towards a brighter tomorrow. The Mukundapur unit wanted to make a difference and put their hand up by extending support. It made its worthwhile contribution as it was one of the sponsors of 'The Incredible Heroes Kids Carnival' organised by Inner Wheel club of Calcutta at Lions Safari Park at Southern Avenue.
Free Cardiac Check-up Camp organised by AMRI Hospitals - Mukundapur
AMRI Hospitals – Mukundapur, as a part of their Corporate Social Responsibility initiative organised a free Cardiac Check-up Camp at Jugdiya, Magarhat. This was done in November '2017 and as many as 55 patients benefitted from this as all of them underwent a thorough cardiac check-up without having to bear any expense.

AMRI Hospital Bhubaneswar's participation in the IOA initiated World Record
AMRI Hospitals – Bhubaneswarconducted a free Orthopaedic surgery for achieving the targeted 5000 free orthopaedic surgeries in India by the Indian Orthopaedic Association (IOA). Support was extended to help the poor. Reputed Orthopaedics& Joint Replacement surgeon, Dr. P C Dey of AMRI Hospitals successfully carried out the free surgery of a patient named Prakash Chandra Behera from Jaleswar, Balasore District of Odisha.
Reviving Orphan Life – Post Contracture Surgery
Ritu Tappo – an eight-year-old kid unfortunately sustained 60% burns in a fire incident and was left abandoned by her family. A NGO named Karuna Premretrieved her from the streets of Rourkela where she begged for a living. AMRI Hospitals – Bhubaneswar came to the fore and took full responsibility of her treatment. The surgery was rather complex but was successfully conducted by Dr. Biswajit Mishra.
AMRI Hospitals Marks World No-Tobacco Day
On the occasion of World No-Tobacco Day on May 31, 2018, The AMRI Hospitals-Dhakuria marked the occasion with a host of events, including the unique initiative of conducting spot Pulmonary Function Test of Kolkatans. With the World Health Organization (WHO) and its partner, the World Heart Federation (WHF), focusing on tobacco-related heart diseases as the theme for this year, AMRI Hospitals also organized an awareness seminar among healthcare professionals, which included medical students.
